Perishable Products
Due to the nature of fresh produce and perishable items, returns are only accepted if products are damaged, defective, or not as described. Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Perishable Products
Unopened non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost.
